This blog shows the mountaineering activities of myself, Alan Bischoff. I was born in the south of Brazil in 1979 and began mountaineering when I was 11yrs old. In 1995 I began to practice rock climbing in my home state. My contact with the rocks led to a geology degree in 2004. Since then I have climbed in other states all over Brazil. In 2008 I travelled to Patagonia where I practiced ice climbing and glacier crossing. Since 2005, I have been teaching an introduction course to rock climbing.
